• Non-Confirmation of Allotment: If your plot allotment is not confirmed due to policy revisions, layout modifications, or inventory constraints, a 100% refund policy applies.
• Zero Processing Deductions: There are absolutely no cancellation fees or administrative deductions applied if your allotment is not confirmed by the authority rules.

3. Mode and Account of Payback

To prevent fraudulent transactions and maintain direct auditing tracking standards, all payouts follow strict return channels:

• Refunds will be processed exclusively to the exact same bank account, debit/credit card, or digital gateway mechanism that the applicant provided during the submission of the formal online application.
• No third-party transfer requests or cash payout substitutions will be entertained under any circumstances.
